Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and drive our success.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various facets of the warehouse, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities.
Your expertise will ensure that our quality standards are consistently met.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in adapting to the company's growth, implementing new products, optimizing warehouse layouts, and introducing production lines.

Responsibilities:
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures to maintain efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of our fulfillment center, ensuring the flow and quality of work maximize efficiency while minimizing overtime.
Maintain inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with our data storage system.
Regularly inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Recruit, select, orient, and train warehouse staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to ensure consistent performance.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse lead role, managing hourly employees.
Possess proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff members at all levels of the company.
Proficient forklift operation skills.
Experience with implementing and managing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) program is a plus.
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.
Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain a positive work history, solid attendance, and dependability.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
Carpentry, fence installation, and warehouse setup skills are not mandatory but highly advantageous.
Employment and criminal background checks, as well as drug screens, will be conducted.
